Peter Lamborn Wilson (b. 1945), also known as Hakim Bey, is the author of countless books, tracts, and slogans that weave political resistance with poetry. He is perhaps most famous for his ideas about Temporary Autonomous Zones (TAZ) and Ontological Anarchy. His works Alter to Hermes and AlBuraqAINabi were on display at the Red Bull Arts New York show Spaced Out: Migration to the Interior. Works include but are not limited to The Winter Calligraphy of Ustad Selim, & Other Poems (1975); Science and Technology in Islam (1976); The Drunken Universe: An Anthology of Persian Sufi Poetry (1988); The Universe: A Mirror of Itself (1992); The Little Book of Angel Wisdom (1993); Avant Gardening: Ecological Struggle in the City & the World (1999).
