Rona Pondick

Pondick (b. 1952) is a sculptor and instillation artist living and working in New York. She studied at Yale University School of Art and focuses her work on nature and the human body. Pondick has been exhibited widely in solo exhibitions at the Museum of Modern Art, the Groninger Museum in the Netherlands, the Rupertinum in Salzburg, the Israel Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland, The Cranbrook Art Museum, the Worcester Art Museum, and the Brooklyn Museum of Art among others. Past exhibitions include Rona Ponduck, Krampf Gallery, Istanbul, Turkey (2014); Spaced Out: Migration to the Interior, Red Bull Arts New York, New York, NY; Rona Ponduck, Sonnabend Gallery, New York (2013).
